A brief expression
Yet innocuous
Mag-nificent
Yet oblivious
Day I shall stand on the mountains you erected
Day I shall surge the valleys you created
Day I shall swim the rivers you flowed
'll be the day my fears may no longer be sighted.
Thou shall walk into my arms
Unearthed, untainted, unscathed
Seeds, hence will be sown in farms, not lands
Then shall I say "thou have I conquered, my dream."

Bombay a.k.a. Aamchi Mumbai
This slimy bile
Chained me
Drained me
Alone in this hamlet
Filled with a sore regret
Striving to survive
Where people are so naïve
Those who failed to know
Failed to grow, that
Pushing is a must
Nothing else is just
However, as I near the top
I learn, its an important drop, down.
I light a few smiles
That last for miles
A blissful family
Is in which you’re free
Even as the bile extinguishes
Whatever’s left of your goodness.

The best of my singing exams
As you all don't know very well, I am a fan of cycling in the rain. Rainy rain. The way it washes over the head while you are trying to figure out whether you have to right or left in the hilly road.(Hope you understand the intended meaning of hilly, here).
Whoa.......................
OK.
It was the day before the singing exam. Believe it or not, my voice was really better than the crow-ish voice you hear nowadays. It was just perfect and I could even reach to the higher notes. I had practised the theory enough to outsmart the examiner.(Simple actually, they have a peanut-sized brain).
But the beautiful rain had to show itself on that day.
I got fever, my voice turned hoarse, I had to drink some awfully bitter drink to get the kidnapped voice out. I couldn't even watch T.V. for a minute. For my mom, practice makes a voice sweet. I was debarred from reading books. ( can life get worse?)
The next day.
A good beginning. I woke up early in the morning. Practised for half an hour. Had the stupid drink once again.(fortunately, the final time).
I reached the exam center on time. But the examiner had to come late by 2 HOURS. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any way, even though she came late, my exam began after another hour.
Enough of waiting. To add to it, she orders us to perform on the live tabla, not the electronic one which I'm so fond of. And on top of that, I have to sing playing the tambora which I barely understand.(touched it only once before).
Let the show begin. I sing one-twentieth of a raag which I practised a 1_______________0 times. Then she asks me the theory. memory loss.COMPLETELY blank. I am supposed to understand the scale in which I am going to sing. Another problem.
I had no solutions for any of the above problems. But the bright part of the experience was that i sang one complete song without ANY STOPS.
I AM GOING TO FAIL.

3 most beautiful places in the world
2. Bathroom-A place where you can sing your heart out and no one will care. See the bathroom as a stage for you!!!!!!!!!!
3. The sewer-The best of all(conditions applied). IF you're stuck with someone in the sewer, then its the best place to relieve your mind of unwanted stresses. And once again, you can sing to your heart's content {better sing Breathless, advisable not to inhale deeply}.
We all have surely been to the first two places. The idea of the third place came to me through a movie.(Ispy)

A match for dignity.
A badminton match in which I could defeat her. She was in the school team. I wasn't particularly good at the sport but I enjoyed playing it. So it was decided. We had a match. After lots of hard work, she won the first game. 21-19. The next game. I was in the lead.20-10. Exactly at point of time, I fall down and hurt my chin badly. I see her laughing her normal, evil laugh on the other side. A fight for dignity. A fight for lost honour. A fight for fame I had taken pains to maintain. I get up. I moan. I can't move. Gathering strength in my arms I defeated her in the game.
The deciding game. The do-or-die situation. I knew her weak point. I fired. Hahaha. She loses the game.21-1.
I gained my lost honour and also my friends. I could see her crying. Such a peaceful sight. But you know me. My conscience has to force me to tell her that she played well. But anyway, she lost her pride after the match.

This time, it was about the last day of our school(10th std.).
After that day, we won't see our friends as usually we used to.
No waking up early in the morning, no having a small, measly breakfast anymore.
Can't behave like school children anymore.
After 10 yrs. of school life(10 because i don't remember pre-primary), we'll have to leave it at last. Forget exams, harder are yet to come.
Importance of time. Life needs to be enjoyed. Friends are priceless. School life is priceless.
Enjoy your time, my friends. You'll regret not enjoying school later.

Waterfight
A day when the girls raged against the boys.
Boys: Vaishnav, Kartikeya, Sanket
Girls: Namrata, Nidhi, Saee
The end of the day marked the beginning of the inevitable war. The boys were loaded with 3 Pearlpets & 1 Kinley. The girls possessed 4 Pearlpets.
Nidhi vs Kartikeya. Nidhi shoots. Kartik ducks. Soham is wet. Soham joins the fight. Soham fires. Mihika is wet. Now she donates her ammo to Nidhi. War begins. Firing on both sides. Many people injured. But then....
Uninvited guests appear. Chinmay betrays the boys. He cheats and throws muddy water on Vaishnav. He leaves.
Both the sides chase him. We fire him dead with our unity and courage.
The war thus showed us that we should stop fighting amongst ourselves and battle against those people who do not deserve to be called human.
We apologised to each other ending the war.
Most of the parts are not true. Do not mind the extravagant exaggeration.
